In the following, we have put together some information for you that seeks to address the most frequent questions we receive.
I am enrolled in the Strategy Minor/Major offered by the Strategic Management Subject Area. Can I receive credit for classes that I take abroad?
Accreditations of individual classes taken at renowned research universities abroad are possible. It is advisable to contact both the program manager (SPL) and ourselves in advance to taking classes at foreign institutions, so we can advise as to which accreditation will likely be feasible. Accreditations are ultimately handled by the program manager (SPL).
I am enrolled as a student of International Business. Can I enroll in the Strategy Minor offered by the Strategic Management Subject Area?
There are no restrictions for you to enroll in our classes. Whether or not we can offer you a slot will depend on the number of applications we receive and on the teaching points you allocate to the class you wish to take.
I am enrolled in the Strategy Minor for International Business Students that is not offered by the Strategic Management Subject Area. Can I have these classes count for the completion of the Minor offered by the Strategic Management Subject Area?
No. We are sorry, however, the two programs are set up to be distinct from each other.
I completed the Strategy Minor for International Business Students that is not offered by the Strategic Management Subject Area. Does this entitle me to enroll in the Major offered by the Strategic Management Subject Area?

I completed the Strategy Minor for International Business Students that is not offered by the Strategic Management Subject Area. Does this entitle me to Master thesis supervision at the Strategic Management Subject Area?
Supervisors for Master theses have the right to accept or reject candidates irrespective of the program they have followed; supervision decisions are taken on an individual basis. That being said, students from the Major/Minor offered by the Strategic Management Subject Area will be given preference in our considerations.
