Strategic Management
Our expertise
Our general expertise spans the entire spectrum from corporate strategy – i.e. creating corporate advantage through HQs, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures – to business level strategy – i.e. creating competitive advantage through positioning and use of resources.
Our specific expertise lies in the discovery of new business models, outsourcing and offshoring, and in shaping firm’s cooperative strategies with Open Innovation Communities.
Our methods
Methodologically, we
- Engage in question-driven workshops with practice partners, and we
- Complement this approach using state-of-the art large data-based, quasi-experimental, and experimental techniques (including RCTs – randomized control trials).
